Time

Time. It flies. Before you know it, 3 months has already passed. 'Time and tide waits for no man' , as the famous saying goes. Time defines our world and shapes events. It is just like a pendulum that never stops its simple harmonic motion and there is a tendency that we can become so absorbed by time that lose our focus on the more important things in life. Such a situation is common and I'm sure most people experience this.

Life is like a road, a journey through a foreign and unknown land. Every little step you take is equivilent to taking a risk. An ordinary, simple minded and tactful man was riding on a horse and moving through the forest at electrifying pace. On the way, he encounters numerous obstacles, nice people and significant events that has in one way or another shaped his life values. First up was the town of yinsuishiyuan. This was where the town's residents threw a welcome party for him after not seeing him for many years. He was absolutely estactic! The party caused a lot of disruption but it created a very warm and inviting atmosphere which totally liven up the town. People were generally happy but there were a few who could not be bothered by such a party. To them, they had other more important things to focus on rather than join in the festivities.

Integration for this fella was not much of a problem. The people were nice and many simply accepted him without second thoughts. Assimilation is the word. Integrating into society but yet retaining your own identity and heritage. Some people however, were unimpressed by such a move. They felt that the newcomer could distract them in one way or another, especially since more people were moving into this town soon. However as time passed, this was not a real issue. The real issue was doing well in the upcoming competition with their arch rivals. This competition was to be about hitting the target in as little attempts as possible. Only the senior members of the town were permitted to participate in this 'not-so-prestigious but reasonable' competition. Preparations were underway and the seniors spent lots of time practicing target shooting. Some seniors however, did not take this competition seriously. They were bascially enjoying life and slacking when they were supposed to be practicing.

Whatever that happens next would be all down to their experience and hours of hardwork. Who will emerge victorious? And who will fail? Stay tuned to find out.....
